Special interest:   (1) to investigate the novel approach that PAF-R agonists generated via oxidative stressors (environmental exposure or therapeutic treatments) suppress the host immunity and thus could compromise the effectiveness of immunotherapy against melanoma (2) to test novel approach that suppressing PAF-R activation could block these oxidized lipids induced systemic  immunosuppression and thus could increase the efficacy of melanoma immunotherapy and (3) to investigate potential suppressive immune subtypes involved in this process.
